Reservations & Payments

Guests must be 21 or older to book and check in; a second guest may be younger.

All bookings are subject to availability, and rates may change without notice.

Freeman Policies

Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per room.

No parties or gatherings allowed in rooms

No smoking: $250 cleaning fee applies.

Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed. Certified Service Dogs are welcome but must not be left unattended

Damages & Penalties
 Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their sta
yFees:$150 for smoking or damaged sheets; other damages assessed case-by-case
 
Liability
 Freeman Residances arenot responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten belongings.

Freeman Residances are not liable for guest injuries, accidents, or property loss. 

By booking, guests agree to follow all policies and respect the space and staff.
